CANTEEN & FIELD ROSTER 2009

Please find below the canteen & setup roster for this year. Updated
08/05/09
Two males are needed to help with setup, usually from 7am & this takes
about an hour.
Please have at least one helper at a time to assist in canteen, usually from
8am to 1pm. This can be done on a roster basis between three or four
parents. Please call Pat and Sue regarding your teams requirements.
YOU ARE NOT EXPECTED TO HELP WHILST YOUR CHILD/TEAM IS
PLAYING.
The last teams playing on each field will be responsible for pulling down
that field. This includes the last team playing on a mini field!
Any team that does fulfill its duties on the day will forfeit their next
two games.
Thank you everyone for your cooperation, most teams will only have to do
this once per season, this all depends on the draw and any changes that
may occur.
Mens senior teams (G17 up) and ladies on Sundays will be allocated a
roster on a weekly basis when field allocations for these games are
confirmed. Sue will advise the manager during that week.
Please continue to check the roster as the empty days at the end of the
season and some Sundays may be filled with semis/finals or rescheduled
games.
